Thai Stretch

A clothed massage using no oils that incorporates stretching, light massage, and acupressure, performed in the traditional style on a Thai massage mat.
Momma’s Massage

A massage targeting special areas, performed on a pregnancy pillow, allowing mother to lay face down, causing no trauma to baby, to help relieve the aches and pains associated with pregnancy. Done with care for the specific needs of carrying a child, massage relaxes and reduces stress - good for both mother and baby. Prenatal massage is only suitable for pregnancies in at least the 2nd trimester.
Ground to Crown Treatment
A completely face-up treatment to relax the body from the toes to the top of the head. 30 minutes spent on the feet and lower legs, a foot scrub, then 15 minutes on the hands and forearms, and 30 minutes on the neck, shoulders, head, face, and scalp.

Two therapists work on a single client in this four hand massage, moving simultaneously to work out the knots and stresses of the body. Both therapists take care to mirror their hand movements and pressure on each side for a balanced experience and full relaxation. The Quartet Massage is the perfect option for those who find it difficult to relax and let go during treatment. Please schedule 2 weeks prior to date of treatment to allow for booking.

Hot Sauna Experience
Take respite in our beautiful dry/stream traditional Finnish sauna. Crafted from red cedar, the outdoor barrel sauna is the perfect addition for extra relaxation and detoxification. Includes 15 minutes in the sauna and 15 minutes for showering before/after. Suitable for 1-2 occupants. It is recommended that you bring your own bathing suit and outdoor sandals. Towels and/or robe are available for your use.

Salt or Sugar Scrub
Salt scrub infused with green tea, kelp and botanicals or sugar scrub with fragrant lavender are used on the body or specific areas during the massage to exfoliate and help circulation.
Grounding Foot Massage
A 15 minute session includes salt or sugar scrub, reflexology, and lower leg massage. The 30 minute session includes additional forearm and hand massage with an essential oil infused shea butter.
Crown Massage
Complete the massage experience with hot oil aromatherapy treatment and application of acupressure to marma points along the head for complete relaxation. This is a 15 minute add on experience.
Dry Body Brushing
Dry body brushing is said to energize the body, increases circulation and blood flow, and stimulates drainage from the lymphatic system to smooth skin's surface, sweep away flakes and dry patches, and even out lumps and bumps, including cellulite. This is a 15 minute add on experience.
